SHIPPING INFORMATION

Step 1
Once you place an order on our website, our online orders team gets notified and passes on the order details to our production team.

Step 2
Our production team goes through your order to ensure that the products are in stock. Simultaneously, our logistics team ensures that your location is within our delivery radius and serviceable by our courier partners.

Step 3
Our production team hand picks the products based on your flavour selection and transfers them to our packaging team, who carefully packages each item to ensure that the freshness and quality of the products are retained.

Step 4
After the products are packaged, our logistics team books them in with our courier partner, Dunzo.

For orders within Mumbai, please allow a lead time of 24 hours for delivery from the date of placing your order. For orders within other cities of India, please allow 1-4 days from the date of placing your order.
*Please note that local and national holidays may affect the delivery date/timeline of your order delivery.

Step 5
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and text, and be provided with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order from the time it leaves our central kitchen and makes its way to the delivery location stated in your order.

Please note that our products are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Hence, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is able to receive promptly and store the products correctly and immediately after the delivery receipt.
